We have implemented curbside service to practice social distancing as recommended per the WHO. This means you won't even have to leave your car to bring your pet inside. To use this curbside service, please first fill out this client registration form. Give us a call when you arrive and we will take care of the rest! Please take this time to take advantage of our online pharmacy, and get your pet's medications delivered directly to you. If you still would like to stop by to pick up medications filled here, we kindly ask that you pre-pay.
We are now offering telemedicine services, too! If you don't want to leave your home, we can still see you and your pet. The free Zoom app is available to download from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Please download this app on a device with audio and video capability before your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to use a desktop computer, you can download the desktop version here. We kindly ask that all clients interested in the service let us know when scheduling their appointments so we can send you an e-mail with further instructions.
We are scheduling sick appointments and booster appointments only. Puppies and kittens are at risk (parvovirus has already started this spring!), therefore, we are only seeing and vaccinating these patients. We are delaying elective appointments and surgeries currently. Hopefully this can resume in the next month. Pets needing in-hospital treatments are still receiving care, and ProHeart and Cytopoint injection appointments can still be made.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding through all of these changes we are making, it is greatly appreciated!
